Walker-Kimbrough is averaging 6.5 points per game for the Mystics in four appearances this season, including three starts. She is also shooting a career-high 55 percent from the field, though this is also a very small sample size. Before coming to the Mystics, Walker-Kimbrough made one appearance with the Connecticut Sun this season.
Mystics fans will however know her best for her three-year stint from 2017-19 when she was part of their WNBA championship team in 2019. In that season, she averaged 6.7 points per game and appeared in every game that season. After the championship year, Walker-Kimbrough was traded to the New York Liberty as part of a package for Tina Charles. She was ultimately traded again to the Phoenix Mercury where she played in the 2020 season.
Great to see you in D.C. for the rest of the season Shatori.
