The Lamar Jackson situation is about to get a bit more interesting.
According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk, a representative for Jackson has contacted multiple teams “in an effort to spark negotiations aimed at a possible offer sheet.”
Interestingly enough, Jackson’s representative is not certified by the NFL Players Association.
Florio also provided some details regarding Jackson’s reported demands. Apparently, the former MVP is not seeking a fully-guaranteed contract.
Additionally, Florio was told that Jackson is ready to move on from the Ravens. At least that’s what his representative is reportedly telling other teams.

“Just demand out already @Lj_era8, been pretty clear from the jump you’re done,” one person said. “You make it clear you’re not coming back no matter what the Ravens do, teams might start calling. Tired of the damn circus.”

“I’ll believe whatever Lamar says in his interview, and whatever happens,” a Ravens fan tweeted. “Everything else is just noise.”

Jackson received the non-exclusive franchise tag from the Ravens this offseason.
If another team signs Jackson to an offer sheet, Baltimore will have the chance to match it.
