Ravens land one of the top edge rushers in the draft!

The Ravens entered the opening night of the draft with two first-round selections thanks to a trade that sent Orlando Brown Jr. and the No. 58 pick to the Kansas City Chiefs last Friday.
After taking Minnesota wide receiver Rashod Bateman with the No. 27 overall pick earlier tonight, General Manager Eric DeCosta used his second first-round selection on arguably the most athletic edge rusher in the entire draft after losing his top two in free agency.
His draft stock skyrocketed after an incredible Pro Day where he showed off his explosiveness, ran a blazing 4.39 in the 40-yard Dash at 6-foot-5 and 252 pounds, recorded a 39.5-inch vertical leap and a 134-inch broad jump.
Oweh didn’t record a single sack in seven games last season for the Nittany Lions and only has seven in just 20 career games in college but the Ravens are betting on his potential going forward over his lack of collegiate production. He has tremendous upside and Defensive Coordinator Don “Wink” Martindale will find ways for him to flourish immediately.
