After practicing in front of 20,000 fans at FedEx Field on Friday evening, the Washington Football Team had the day off on Saturday. The team was back on the field in Ashburn on Sunday.
For the first time since going on the reserve/COVID-19 list, wide receiver Curtis Samuel was spotted on the field. Samuel didn’t participate in practice and remains on the list. The bigger issue at this point is Samuel’s groin injury. Head coach Ron Rivera said after practice, there is no timetable for Samuel’s return.
