Most weekends are probably pretty good for the sports world power couple of Camille Kostek and Rob Gronkowski. This one is certainly shaping up to be a special one for the pair.
On Thursday night, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers received their Super Bowl rings. It was as celebratory an event as you could imagine, headlined by Tom Brady’s declaration that his favorite Super Bowl ring is “the next one.”
The 43-year old doesn’t sound like someone who plans on slowing down any time soon. Gronk also seems pretty refreshed by his brief retirement and subsequent move to the Bucs alongside Brady.
This weekend is a big one for Kostek as well. With the ring ceremony done, they have the 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition launch coming up. Kostek made her SI Swimsuit debut in 2018, and appeared on the cover a year later. This is always a huge event for her.
“The face I make when I realize the 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue hits stands next week,” Camille Kostek wrote in an Instagram caption earlier this week. “I will be first in line at the nearest magazine stand. Fun fact: we don’t know what photos make it into the issue until it’s out !! We see the issue when you do !!!!”
SI Swimsuit 2021 features three special covers: tennis great Naomi Osaka, hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion, and model Leyna Bloom, the first transgender woman to be featured on the cover.
The 2021 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue hit shelves on Thursday. The “SI Swimsuit Garden” is being hosted at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Florida for this big launch weekend.
