Kanye West held a listening party for his upcoming new album at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Thursday. He loved the venue so much, it doesn’t appear he’s going to leave anytime soon.
West, otherwise known as “‘Ye,” has moved into Mercedes-Benz Stadium, according to TMZ Sports. No, we’re not kidding. He even cancelled his upcoming show in Miami.
“Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Mr. West will miss his weekend performance at Rolling Loud in Miami because he has literally moved into Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium,” reads TMZ Sports’ report.
“MBS was the location of Kanye’s massive album party Thursday — where scores of people came together to jam out to his new offering, “DONDA,” and watch Ye perform.”
Kanye West isn’t just using the space as a studio. He’s apparently brought in a chef to make food and has had living quarters prepared for his stay. It looks like ‘Ye could be at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a while.

Kanye West can’t stay much longer, of course. The Atlanta Falcons begin their preseason schedule at home against the Tennessee Titans on Aug. 13. We have a feeling West will be finished up by then.

Let’s just hope the Atlanta Falcons don’t charge absurd prices like Kanye West did at his show on Thursday. Normal, cheap food options like hot dogs and chicken tenders cost as much as $40 and $50, respectively.
We have a feeling the Falcons will treat their fans a bit better at Mercedes-Benz Stadium this upcoming season.
