The Washington Football Team was on the field Wednesday for another practice as it finishes up preparation for this weekend’s preseason finale against the Baltimore Ravens.
After the game, Washington will have less than 72 hours to trim its roster to 53 players before Tuesday’s deadline. So, for several players, Saturday’s game is a career opportunity.
As for Wednesday’s practice, it appeared to be a rather quiet one other than quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick finding wide receiver Terry McLaurin for a big play that would’ve been a touchdown if it were an actual game.
Terry McLaurin just beat double coverage from Torry McTyer and Kam Curl on a pretty deep ball from Ryan Fitzpatrick for what would’ve been a touchdown.
As he was running back, McLaurin could be hear saying, “Whewww!” A coach couldn’t see which was praising Fitzpatrick’s pass
