While details of this announcement have yet to be disclosed, the fact that it’s being reported means it must be something of note.
Hard Knocks, a reality sports documentary, has followed NFL teams through their training camp and preseason since 2001. The show’s most recent 16th season followed the Dallas Cowboys as they prepared for this year’s 2021-22 season.
With this impending announcement, many fans are starting to speculate what this could mean for the program.
Could the show be getting canceled? Could it be moving to a regular-season format? Could it simply be announcing next season’s team?
Those questions will all apparently be answered at halftime of this week’s Thursday night game.
The Giants will kickoff against Washington at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC.
