Video surveillance footage, recently obtained by TMZ Sports, brings a new perspective to the alleged attacks by Ezekiel Elliott’s dogs. Security tapes from the Dallas Cowboys’ Frisco, Texas neighborhood included audio of a woman screaming for help as as Elliott’s Rottweiler, Ace, allegedly attacked her in her own backyard.
This is the third lawsuit levied against Elliott in the last 14 months involving his alleged “dangerous dog.” The woman in the footage, Jennifer Gampper, is reportedly seeking $1 million in damages stemming from the incident.

The beginning of the footage shows a landscaper leaving the side gate of Elliott’s property open on May 19. The gate appeared to remain open throughout the night, allowing the running back’s three dogs to escape the next day. Gampper is reportedly suing the landscaping company as well.
According to the case file, Gampper found Elliott’s three dogs on the street and took them into her backyard to keep them safe. That’s when the dogs allegedly attacked her, resulting in this concerning security footage.
She claims to have suffered “severe and permanent” injuries to her finger, forearm, thigh and stomach as a result of the attack.
Earlier in the day, Elliott’s dogs also allegedly attacked another man in the neighborhood, leaving him with injuries to his hand, wrist, forearm, thigh and leg
Both victims required hospitalization.
Elliott’s attorney Frank Salzano released the following statement to TMZ Sports:
“Mr. Elliott and his representatives are aware of the lawsuit filed on July 30th, which stems from a previously reported incident from May 21st of this year. As Mr. Elliott expressed at that time, he was – and remains concerned – for the party involved.”
“However, as in most disputes, there are extenuating circumstances to this matter which will impact the legal proceedings which we are not at liberty to disclose. As such, we have no further comment at this time.”
Elliott has been issued three separate citations for the incident and his Rottweiler has been removed from the city.
