Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce stopped in to hang out with Peyton and Eli Manning on their ESPN2 Monday Night Football broadcast tonight.
He left quite the impression. Kelce, who joined the brothers for much of the third quarter of tonight’s Ravens-Raiders game, had a very funny NSFW moment.
It happened when Peyton was joking with the All-Pro tight end about the improvisational ability of the Chiefs’ offense with Patrick Mahomes. The Hall of Fame quarterback asked Kelce if he just makes his routes up on the fly.
“Right before the play, I’ll look at Pat and give him the eyes like, ‘yeah I’m about to make some s–t up right here,’” Kelce joked before catching himself and apologizing.

Hey, there are some people who will clutch their pearls about this, but this is tremendous television. The “ManningCast” has been bringing it from an entertainment standpoint all night.
For good measure, Kelce said he wasn’t entirely sure who Kansas City is playing in Week 2–they’re actually facing Baltimore–in another laugh out loud moment. Then again, with the way the Chiefs play offense, he probably doesn’t even need to worry all that much about his upcoming opponent.
Raiders-Ravens is midway through the fourth quarter on ESPN and ESPN2.
