Capitals sign blue liner Alex Alexeyev to a two year contract worth a total of 1.65 million.
The Washington Capitals have re-signed defenseman Alex Alexeyev to a two year contract. This keeps him with the Capitals for a little while and helps solidify the defense pairings.
