To the surprise of none, Gunnar Henderson received all 30 first place votes to win AL Rookie of the Year. Henderson beat out Tanner Bibee of the Cleveland Guardians and Triston Casas of the Boston Red Sox to win the award. Gunnar Henderson Wins American League Rookie Of The Year Award
Orioles infielder Gunnar Henderson has won Rookie of the Year for the American League, per an announcement from the Baseball Writers Association of America. Tanner Bibee of the Guardians placed second while Triston Casas of the Red Sox placed third.
