Orioles closer Félix Bautista had surgery on Tuesday to repair a torn rotator cuff and torn labrum. The surgery in Los Angeles was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache. I wasn’t happy with Orioles interim manager Tony Mansolino on Tuesday night.
