Orioles adding Connor Norby, Nick Vespi
The Orioles are bringing second baseman Connor Norby to Toronto, presumably to replace Jorge Mateo, who is in concussion protocol. Orioles’ Means has 2nd Tommy John surgery
Orioles left-handed starter John Means had Tommy John surgery for the second time in just over two years. Both of Means’ surgeries were performed by Dr. Keith Meister in Arlington, Texas.
