Aliaksei Protas has signed a five year contract extension with the Capitals
The Washington Capitals have signed center Aliaksei Protas to a five year contract worth 3.375 million a season. This leaves him signed through the 2028-29 season. In 42 games this season, he has three goals and fifteen assists giving him eighteen points on the season. Of these 18 points, 17 have come at 5-5 hockey.
