Mike Williams estimated as non-participant Tuesday

Chargers coach Brandon Staley called receiver Mike Williams “day to day,” but Tuesday was not the day. The team’s estimated practice report lists Williams as a non-participant. Dee Eskridge will practice Tuesday, opening his 21-day window

The Seahawks are designating receiver Dee Eskridge to return from injured reserve, coach Pete Carroll announced Tuesday. That opens Eskridge’s 21-day practice window.
