New Windsor Town Council member Kevin Cornick was elected the town’s new mayor Tuesday, defeating Ashley Collier. Cornick received 182 votes to Collier’s 77. Westminster Mayor Mona Becker was reelected Tuesday, defeating challenger Nicholas Thomas by more than a 4-1 margin.
