Woman stabbed to death in Ellicott City apartment, police say
A woman was fatally stabbed in Ellicott City, according to the Howard County Police Department. At 3:06 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an apartment on the 3100 block of West Springs Drive for a woman suffering from stab wounds. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
