Air Force secretary posthumously promotes pilot of Osprey aircraft that crashed off Japan

Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall III on Wednesday posthumously promoted the pilot of an Osprey tiltrotor aircraft that crashed last month during a training mission in Japan.
