D.C. gang member sentenced for using federal small-business, COVID-relief loans to buy crack, drugs

A member of a D.C. street gang was sentenced to more than two years behind bars after prosecutors said the man used federal COVID-19 relief funds to buy large amounts of drugs for the criminal outfit.
