Maryland Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin says he’s not running for open U.S. Senate seat

Maryland Rep. Jamie Raskin, a congressman from the suburbs of the nation’s capital, announced Friday he will not run for the U.S. Senate seat that is opening with the retirement of Sen. Ben Cardin.
