Russian foreign minister: US ‘directly at war’ with Russia, using Ukraine as ‘fodder’

The U.S. and its European allies are “directly at war” with Moscow and are using Ukraine as “fodder” in that conflict, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Saturday.
