Texas Republicans issue arrest warrants for Democrats who fled state to thwart redistricting vote

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott ordered the arrest Monday of Democratic state legislators who’ve fled the state, as a partisan standoff escalated over Republican plans to redraw congressional districts in the GOP’s favor.
