Follow along as the slumping Nats look to tie the series against the juggernaut Dodgers
The boys battled last night, but it was not enough as the Dodgers walked away with a 6-5 win. CJ Abrams homer in the 9th made things interesting, but James Wood could not come through like he did against the Rockies. Now we are on to game two.
The Nats are switching some things up with a righty on the mound. Daylen Lile and Josh Bell will return to the lineup replacing Alex Call and Andres Chaparro. James Wood will look to bounce back from a rare tough day at the plate while the likes of CJ Abrams and Luis Garcia Jr. will look to stay hot. Jake Irvin will take the mound for the Nats.

The Dodgers will roll out an intimidating lineup. Stars and big names populate the whole lineup. Shohei Ohtani leads things off, with Mookie and Freddie behind him. You know what you are getting with the Dodgers and it is scary. Jake Irvin will need to walk a tight rope. Dustin May will take the mound for the Dodgers.

The Nats need to win some more ball games to make up for their awful losing streak. Just snapping it with one extra inning win over the Rockies is not enough. We need consistent performances. Comment down below and let’s go Nats!
