Follow along as the Nationals look to extend their winning streak to six games
After a thrilling, emotional win over the Braves last night, the Nationals are back in action. They are welcoming the San Francisco Giants to town. The Giants have had an impressive season with a 29-21 record, but the Nats are red hot, winners of their last five games.
After Robert Hassell III debuted last night, the Nationals have another debutant in Daylen Lile. The youngster is hitting 9th and playing right field. Interestingly, the Nationals don’t have a single right handed hitter in the lineup, with seven lefties and two switch hitters. They also have a lefty on the mound, with MacKenzie Gore looking to bounce back from a weird start in Baltimore where he only went 3.2 innings.

This Giants lineup may not have any superstars, but they have a lot of quality bats up and down the lineup. Leadoff man Heliot Ramos has been red hot lately. Wilmer Flores also has an impressive 42 RBI’s. Landen Roupp is on the mound for the Giants. He has had a solid season and relies heavily on a big curveball.
