Graze Craze, a charcuterie board franchise, is setting down roots in Maryland with three locations across the state.
New spots will open in Odenton, Annapolis and Ellicott City; the Ellicott City location at 3570 St. Johns Lane will open its doors in September, according to a company Facebook post. The Odenton location will open later this fall, according to Meagan Corey, marketing manager for Graze Craze.
The Ellicott City location has begun construction, the Facebook post said. Their hours will range from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and only by appointment on Sundays.
The franchise self-describes as an innovator in the new food trend of “grazing,” where people have the flexibility of eating portions of food laid out on a spread throughout the day. Founded in 2018, Graze Craze has over 90 open and operating stores across the country with locations in over 30 states.
“Graze Craze is the upscale and convenient solution to feeding the masses,” Corey said in a statement.” We offer charcuterie products and catering services to local businesses, event spaces, and individuals in our communities. Each board, box, and table is handcrafted in-store by a trained team of Grazologists. We believe every moment is worth celebrating, and no celebration is complete without good, high-quality food.”
