Rookie catcher Adley Rutschman tied the game at 6 with a two-out RBI double in the bottom of the ninth before Jorge Mateo was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the 10th to lift the Orioles to a 7-6 come-from-behind victory over the Texas Rangers on the Fourth of July in Baltimore.
