Baltimore Scene by Sloane: Hops & Vines 2025 | PHOTOS

February 4, 2025 by The Baltimore Sun

Being called childish is generally considered a negative for most adults, but not at Port Discovery Children’s Museum’s annual 21-plus event, Hops & Vines. Some 350 adults turned out for the casual bash to – quite literally – indulge in child’s play, including the activities normally reserved for the museum’s usual audience of children. There were giant building blocks to play with and big slides to try out, along with relay races and various art activitie.

As attendees let out their inner child, their outer grown-up received some indulgences, as well, in the form of wine and beer tastings and food stations set up around the museum … while both sides let loose on the dance floor.
