In the wake of Orioles executive vice president and general manager Mike Elias’ comments about a group of pitchers in their mid-20s who once ranked among the organization’s top prospects, Keegan Akin, Bruce Zimmermann and Mike Baumann have started the regular season with a combined 9 1/3 scoreless innings.
