The Orioles have beaten the White Sox, 2-1, in a game that started at a weird time due to incoming severe weather. Zach Eflin pitched seven shutout innings to get the win for the Orioles, who finally pulled two runs across the plate in the sixth inning without ever actually getting a hit with RISP. Félix Bautista made things interesting in the ninth but when the dust settled the Orioles came out on top of the battle between the two worst teams in the AL.
