Orioles bullpen falters behind Spenser Watkins, bats fall silent until late in 5-3 loss to White Sox

The Orioles’ bullpen allowed three runs in two innings behind starter Spenser Watkins, and the offense struggled outside of Austin Hays’ two-run homer in the ninth in a 5-3 loss to White Sox on Wednesday night.
