Orioles GM Mike Elias hesitant to hamper playoff chances with major leaguer-for-major leaguer trades

A trade seeing a major leaguer head back to Baltimore in return for a current Orioles player would present a challenge at this late stage of their rebuilding process, executive vice president and general manager Mike Elias acknowledged.
