Two men were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after separate shootings in Baltimore on Friday, police said.
The first incident occurred around 8:40 a.m. when Central District officers responded to a local hospital for a walk-in shooting victim. Police said a 25-year-old man was being treated for a gunshot wound to the arm and was listed in stable condition. The victim told officers he did not know where he was when he was shot. Central District shooting detectives are investigating and asked anyone with information to call 410-396-2411.
Later that night, around 9:40 p.m., Western District officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 1900 block of Herbert Street. There, they found a 54-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was taken to a hospital and is also in stable condition. Western District shooting detectives are investigating and can be reached at 410-396-2477.
