ICE says an agent fired shots at a migrant who hit him and another agent with his SUV in Minnesota

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent fired shots Sunday at a Cuban immigrant living in the U.S. illegally after the man struck the agent and another one with an SUV in Minnesota’s state capital, the Department of Homeland Security said.
