Ben Simmons may have played his way out of Philadelphia, as the former No. 1 pick struggled to make an impact in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
With the season on the line, Simmons took just four shot attempts in Game 7 against the Atlanta Hawks. It was a brutal exit for the Philadelphia 76ers, especially after earning the top seed in the conference.
The 76ers have a huge decision to make this offseason regarding Simmons. Either they move on from the All-Star point guard or they try to run it back one more time.
Doc Rivers said the 76ers have a plan in place to fix Simmons’ shooting woes, but there are still plenty of NBA analysts and fans who believe he’ll be traded this offseason.
If a trade comes to fruition, there are a few landing spots for Simmons that stand out from the pack.

- Portland Trail Blazers (+200)
- Washington Wizards (+300)
- San Antonio Spurs (+400)
It makes sense that Portland has the best odds to land Simmons. Several analysts have discussed a potential swap involving Simmons and CJ McCollum.
Portland would get a playmaker to take some of the pressure off Damian Lillard, meanwhile Philadelphia would get a guard who can make tough shots from outside the paint.
The Spurs and Wizards would also be intriguing trade partners for the 76ers, especially if the latter is willing to move on from Bradley Beal or Russell Westbrook.
