Longtime Wizards reporter Troy Haliburton will be joining me on the Bleav in Wizards podcast today at 11 a.m. EST to discuss the Wizards’ potential move to Virginia.
Haliburton recently wrote a piece on his Substack about the move that I would encourage anyone interested in this topic to read. He spoke to several sources within the DC government to get their perspectives, which I found particularly interesting. We will also touch on that reporting during the episode.
The move isn’t finalized yet so we will discuss the likelihood that it goes through and what it means for the teams and the different facilities if it does. We will also make sure to cover any possible implications this may have on the timeline of the Wizards’ rebuild.
