Grayson saw playing time in both of the Mystics’ preseason games.
On Thursday, the Washington Mystics announced that they waived Honesty Scott-Grayson. The announcement was made on their social media accounts, including X.

Scott-Grayson appeared in both of Washington’s preseason games, averaging 3 points per game. But all of her points were scored in Washington’s game against the Atlanta Dream on May 4.
The move to waive Scott-Grayson is not surprising. However, she is from the East Coast. So if the Mystics have a lot of injured guards this season, it’s possible that Scott-Grayson could get a call.
