The Washington Mystics played the Phoenix Mercury today at home and lost to them, 96-87, before heading off for the Olympic Break. This game was important for Washington for another reason: it’s the only time where they will be hosting Phoenix, the team Natasha Cloud now plays for.
During a TV timeout, the team played a welcome back video for Cloud, which included content dating back to 2015, when she was drafted. You can see the video below.

Cloud was appreciative and waved to the crowd at Capital One Arena after the game. She also gave hugs to her former teammates, including Brittney Sykes below.
