No trial date yet for Nicholas Roske, California man accused in Kavanaugh assassination plot

It’s been more than 500 days since the federal government launched its criminal complaint against Nicholas Roske for his alleged plans to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh — and still no trial date has been set.
