- The Aces are struggling through the first half of the season, and they’ve failed to recapture their championship magic since trading Kelsey Plum to the Los Angeles Sparks during the offseason. A’ja Wilson has still been brilliant, though not as much as usual, and Jewell Loyd is having her worst scoring season since her rookie year in 2015.
