No rest for the weary. The Wizards are back home and have to play two games in two days.
First, let’s give our thoughts and prayers to the victims and their families in the American Airlines and Black Hawk helicopter crash in the Potomac River just outside of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport earlier tonight. The crash occurred during the Washington Wizards game against the Toronto Raptors earlier tonight. There were reports where survivors were found, but it is unclear at this time.
Now, let’s get to the preview for tomorrow’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Game Notes and More
After losing 106-82 the Toronto Raptors earlier today, the Wizards get to host the Lakers who have LeBron James, the NBA’s all-time leading scorer and perhaps the Greatest Player of All Time, if you’re in Generation Z. in addition, the Wizards will try to avoid losing 16 straight games for the second time this season.
The Lakers won six of their last eight games though they lost 118-104 to the Philadelphia 76ers while on a long east coast road trip. Even if James doesn’t play tomorrow for load management reasons, it will be tough to see the Wizards beat LA. But that’s the line I say every game this season.
