The Wizards look to finish the summer on a high note.

The Washington Wizards take on the Milwaukee Bucks in their last game of the 2024 NBA Summer League.

Game info

When: Saturday, July 18 at about 4 p.m. ET.

Where: Cox Pavilion, Las Vegas

How to watch: Monumental Sports Network or ESPN

What to watch for

The Wizards will play their final game of the NBA Summer League tomorrow, which is a seeding game against the Bucks who are 0-3. The Bucks have a game against the Phoenix Suns later today before playing the Wizards tomorrow.

If you are watching NBA Summer League games in Vegas, you’ll also be quick to note that this is the first (and will be the only) game where Washington isn’t playing at the bigger Thomas & Mack Center.

So far this Summer League, Bub Carrington, Jules Bernard and Justin Champagnie have played and played great basketball all week, with all three averaging in double figures. Alex Sarr, despite the game that shalt not be mentioned, is leading the team in rebounds, blocks and is averaging 3.3 assists per game as well. And Kyshawn George is also averaging nearly double figures. Overall, the crew is playing pretty well, all things considered.

For the Bucks, they are led by MarJon Beauchamp who is averaging 14.3 points a game but also making only 34.9 percent of his shots (before considering today’s game stats). Not a great stretch when he was a 2022 first round pick. Former Wizards guard Ryan Rollins is averaging 15 points a game on 50 percent shooting.

Washington should be favored to win tomorrow if everyone plays, but seeding games in Summer League aren’t necessarily the most competitive if Washington sits out Sarr, Carrington and George. Either way, I’d like to see the Wizards finish Summer League with a win before we head into Olympic basketball and then “Dog Days of Summer in the NBA mode.
