The Washington Wizards are currently in the middle of the slowest time of the year, the weeks right before training camp. The Washington Mystics are also finishing their regular season and could be eliminated from the WNBA playoff field in the coming days, though it isn’t over until it’s over.
In the meantime, now is a great time to get any last minute questions on the NBA offseason as well as the 2021 WNBA season while the staff is getting some R&R. Our September mailbag is here!

Also, just so you know, yours truly will be offline for the next couple weeks for summer vacation starting next Tuesday-ish (September 14), or so though I’ll still have responses for the mailbag. The NBA season will be action-packed. Until the last couple weeks when the summer slowdown began, I was quite frankly going 100 mph with the content. I need some rest to recharge my batteries.
Don’t worry, though. Kevin Broom has a lot of pre-training camp content he wants to get out there before training camp on September 28 and I’m excited to read it. I’ll be back writing at that time once I’m back, and when camp begins!
