
The Wizards have made their first big trade of the 2025 NBA trade season
Shams Charania of ESPN has reported that the Washington Wizards are trading forward Kyle Kuzma, Patrick Baldwin and a second round pick to the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for Khris Middleton, AJ Johnson and a draft pick swap. This move aims to bolster the Bucks’ roster around Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard. The Wizards on the other hand have now started making trades at the 2025 NBA trade deadline as they look to continue their rebuild.

Kuzma has averaged 15.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game this season Middleton has averaged 12.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game.
