The Wizards now know which teams they will face for the midseason tournament
On Wednesday, the NBA announced the draw for the teams, all of which will participate in the 2025-26 NBA Cup. The Washington Wizards will be in East Group A with the Indiana Pacers, Atlanta Hawks, Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors.

NBA Cup games are played during the regular season. The Wizards will play these teams once in group play. The winner in Group A makes the quarterfinals automatically but two second place teams also have a chance to get a wildcard bid. The teams that do not make the quarterfinals will play two more regular season games within their conferenc.
The Wizards’ 2025-26 regular season schedule will not be released until later this summer.
