Let’s root for a second win in Summer League
Good evening, the Washington Wizards host the Sacramento Kings tonight at about 7 p.m. ET. You can watch the game on Monumental Sports Network or ESPN.
I’m hoping that Alex Sarr has a strong comeback tonight after going scoreless last game. Since the Wizards are (still) considered to be a laughing stock in the NBA, SB Nation’s national site didn’t hesitate to throw Sarr under the bus.
To be fair to Ricky O’Donnell, our national NBA writer, Sarr had a horrible game and the coaching staff should have taken him out earlier in my opinion. But it’s not like the Wizards should renounce their rights to him just because of one bad night.
Anyways, let’s hope that the Wizards can get back to .500 so they can have a chance to finish Summer League with a winning record.
After all, the Wizards are expected to be the second worst NBA team this season.
