Driver of Virginia school maintenance vehicle charged in collision that killed 20-year-old student

The driver of a Loudoun County Public Schools maintenance vehicle involved in a fatal collision with a student pedestrian near Stone Bridge High School was charged Wednesday with a misdemeanor.
