T.J. Oshie who has played 1,010 games in the NHL between the St. Louis Blues and Washington Capitals, and is also a Stanley Cup Champion, has retired from hockey. During his career, he has scored 302 goals and another 34 during the Stanley Cup playoffs. He also had 393 assists during the span of his career.
During the 2018 season, T.J. played a huge role in helping the Capitals secure their first Stanley Cup in team History. He was not only outstanding during the Stanley Cup, but he also, was outstanding during the 2014 Olympics, helping Team USA secure gold during the Olympics.
Oshie is the 62nd player born in the United States to reach 1,000 games. He accomplished this feat on March 16th, 2024 against Vancouver. Oshie was also a fan favorite on the Capitals, playing on the first line alongside Ovi and Backstrom.
