Tree falls on moving car in Howard County, killing driver, injuring another motorist

A tree fell on a moving car in Howard County and killed the driver late Sunday afternoon. A woman was driving west on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City when a tree fell around 5:35 p.m., Howard County Police said. She was declared dead at the scene, police said.
