Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports the Ravens are re-signing FB Patrick Ricard to a one-year, fully guaranteed contract. According to Jordan Schultz, the Ravens are signing WR DeAndre Hopkins to a one-year, $6 million deal. Adam Scheter notes Hopkins’ deal carries a $5 million value and he can make an additional $1 million through incentives.  Hopkins, 32, is a former first-round pick of the Texans back in 2013.
